I wants heard a sermon where the pastor said "parents need to watch what road they are going down because little eyes are always watching". That sentence took to my heart. We must recognize that our children are going to grow up to be just like us. As a true chrisitan father I've dedicate my life in raising my children through consistency. Every Sunday I go to church twice. Once with the whole family and another time with just my oldest son. In order for us to aid in our children to grow up to be loving people. We must show them first through our consistent actions. O'yea....my son loves church and he is only 4 years of age. That puts a big smile on mommy and daddy faces.
Who is raising your child dad? If not you! Then don't be upset if your child doesn't become the way you wish he/she could have been. The responsibility isn't up to mommies (unless she is a single parent).
"Thank you Lord for our faith and feeling our heart with love that we may walk in obediance for our children to follow."
