Fit Tip #2 - Foul weather workouts

I have many friends and clients who are sick right now.  The questions that keeps being ask is "Should I still try to workout if I am not feeling well?".  Yes, you should try to stay on your workout routine even when you aren't feeling 100%.  However, If you have a fever I think you should rest for first 24 hours or until your fever gets back to normal.  Working out even when you don't feel well forces your body to repair itself.  Don't try to go full force.  Even doing a little bit will help you feel better. 

My rule for thought: If you can go to work for your boss; You can go to the gym for yourself
